Obtaining a wealthy affiliate? Should I Join this member, claimed to be # 1 online?

Hi everyone Maybe difficult to answer if not a member there, but I saw this website and http://www.how2resolve.com/insidewa.htm University Affiliate rich veins to be a great place. (Incidentally, gives such a huge amount of free electronic books, more than usual.) PS is that I tryed some e-books, but I made no money at all. In fact I lost some with Google Adwords. That was very frustrating, I do not like losing money.
