affiliate marketing direct linking
What kind of insurance do I need to affiliate marketing?

I plan to be an affiliate marketer for large Web sites, as Amazon. I specifically promote a camp stool and then direct people to sites where people can buy the stool. Do I need a liability insurance as affiliate marketing? If so, what do you recommend? Or I can ask customers to click a link that absolve me of liability?

The insurance is only necessary, will be insurance required by the contracts it has with sites like Amazon. You can not "opt out" of responsiblity to have someone sign a waiver, or click a button. You may have to do it but not get you off the hook. Probably, their contracts will require coverage liability with suppliers broadly, and additional insured for the market site, workers compensation, commercial vehicles and hired nonowned responsibility, and possibly an umbrella liability coverage.
